解説（安達）
日本では、Syrtis Major付近の観測となった。Hellasの南に東西に見られる白く明る
いバンドは、熊森氏をはじめ、国内の観測者の画像で確認できる。Tiziano Olivetti氏
の赤画像にはその姿が鮮明に記録された。また、この画像には、低緯度地方に広がる氷
晶雲の姿が非常に鮮明に記録された。柚木氏の青画像に出ている幅の広い帯は、この
氷晶雲の姿をとらえたものと思われる。
永長氏の画像にはElysiumが記録されている。火山の部分は白雲に覆われている様
子が記録されているが、そのすぐ西側には黄色く南北に細長いstreakが記録されている
のが注目される。
The observation in Japan became near Syrtis Major. The band which is
well acquainted with the east and west white is seen to the south of
Hellas. I can confirm this state with the image of the domestic observer
including Mr. Kumamori. The figure is recorded to a red image of Mr.
Tiziano Olivetti clearly. In addition, to this image, a figure of water ice
cloud which spread through the region in a low latitude district was
recorded clearly. It seems that the wide band looking like a blue image
of Mr. Yunoki arrested a figure of this water ice cloud.
A figure of Elysium is recorded to an image of Mr. Einaga. The part of
the volcano is covered for white cloud. Slim streak is to the north and
south yellow in the immediate west. This attracts attention.

青画像用の青フィルターを以前使っていたものに換えてみました。

エリシウムをよい気流で観測した。シーングがいまいちの時は、火星の表面の明るさに
まぎれていたらしく、いままで際立って明るく観測できていなかったが、今回の観測では
良い条件で観測することができた。
すると、エリシウムは白く明るい雲に覆われていることが分かった。望遠鏡をのぞくとすぐに
エリシウムの雲と南極地方の雲が目に飛び込んできた。シーイングの影響をかなり大きく
受けるようだ。
