解説（安達）
　今日は一人だけしか観測報告がなかった。赤の画像とカラー画像とを比べると、
Elysiumには雲のあることが分かる。Elysiumは地方時で正午過ぎの時間に当たる。
雲は台地の東側に位置している。

Only one had an observation report today. It understands that it 
compares a red image and color image that Elysium has the cloud.
 Elysium is the time of past the midday in local time. The cloud is 
located on the east side of the plateau.
