解説（安達）
Solis lacusから東側は、晴れた領域になっており、画像では暗く見える。Thaumasia
(80W,-35)が明るくないため、Solis lacusが独立した模様として見えづらい。また、Solis
Lacus周辺も暗くなっており、一層その傾向が強くなっている。南極は、カラー画像だと白く
明るいが、ＩＲ画像では明るく写らず、雲に覆われていると思われる。Hellasの形がよくわ
かるようになった。
Clyde Foster氏の画像には、北極にある暗いベルトの外側に溶け残ったＮＰＣが2つ
記録されている。
The area of the east side becomes the domain where it was fine from
Solis lacus and it is dark and sees it with the image. Because Thaumasia
(80W, -35) is not bright, it is hard to see Solis lacus as an independent
design. In addition, the tendency becomes still stronger because around
Solis Lacus becomes dark. When it is a color image, the South Pole comes
out brightly white, but does not come out with the IR image brightly. It is
thought that it is covered by a cloud. I came to understand form of Hellas
well.
With the image of Mr. Clyde Foster, NPC two which melts, and was l
eft are recorded outside of a gloomy belt in the North Pole.

Seeing was good but transparency was poor. I had to image through clouds.
Olympus Mons can be seen rising on the left. The Tharsis volcanoes can be seen at the CM. Solis Lacus is rising on the lower right. Note the interesting ring clouds on the north polar region

Seeing was improved last night(average to above average). I have adjusted colour balance a bit to try and enhance the extensive light cloud around the north polar region.

It was taken with a Celestron 9.25 (235mm ) and a 2.8x barlow. With a QHY-5II color camera.
