解説（安達）
　Clyed Foster氏の画像ではBoreo Syrtisの北側に明るく白く小さい雲のような模様を記録した。
IRでは明るく写ったが青画像ではそれほど明るく写っていない。このことからこれは単なる雲ではないらしい。
継続した観測が必要だ。一方Hellasの南東部にやや明るいスポットができており、小規模なDust Stormが
発生しかけているようだ。　Efrain Morales Rivera氏の観測ではMare Acidariumの付近に発生した明るい雲を
記録している。
  I recorded the design such as the small cloud with the image of Mr. Clyed Foster white in the north 
side of Boreo Syrtis. It came out by the IR brightly, but does not come out with the blue image so brightly. 
From this, this does not seem to be a simple cloud. This needs the observation that continued. 
On the other hand, is slightly well acquainted with the southeastern part of Hellas; can spot it, 
and small Dust Storm seems to be about to occur.
　I record the bright cloud which occurred near Mare Acidarium by the observation of Mr.
 Efrain Morales Rivera.
