　Clyde Foster氏の画像では、南極冠の形がとらえられている。Argyre方面に出っ張った姿になっている様子が記録されいている。Argyre盆地も通常の明るさに写っている。

  With the image of Mr. Clyde Foster, form of SPC is caught. It is recorded, and there is a state becoming the figure which stuck out in the Argyre area. 
The Argyre basin appears in the normal brightness, too.

Unfortunately very poor conditions this afternoon with extensive cloud forcing me to an early(daylight) capture
between gaps in the clouds before being clouded out. Mars is now at 8”.
The Vallis Marineris complex is central. I was surprised how bright the SPC was today.
In my opinion the albedo features seem rather subdued,although no indication of any major activity as yet.
