岩政氏と遠藤氏は、南極冠のすぐ北側に白雲を記録している。遠藤氏の画像は、白雲の分布が非常によくわかる。北半球と南半球ではわずかだが、
色合いに違いがある。Clyde Foster氏の画像では南極冠が左の方向に伸びているが、これはこの位置に白雲が出ていることによる見え方だろう。
Mr. Iwamasa and Mr. Endo record white cloud in the immediate north side of SPC. The image of Mr. Endo understands
distribution of the white cloud well very much. There is a few it in the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere,
but is different in a hue. SPC lengthens with the image of Mr. Clyde Foster in the left direction, but this will be vanity by white cloud
appearing at this position.

シーイングが少し改善されました。南極冠が明るく見えました。

Our severe drought conditions have been replaced by severe afternoon thunderstorms,with some serious flooding in and around the Johannesburg and Pretoria area.
Fortunately I have not experienced any damage myself,but was up at midnight on Wednesday during a particularly bad storm to check that the observatory was ok!
Clearer conditions are forecast tomorrow,but then cloud and more storms are expected for a few days thereafter.
I am hoping I can get at least a few more captures before I leave for the UK on Thursday.
This was the only capture I could get this afternoon. A very quick colour capture as the clouds split and then closed over. There was not even time for an IR capture.
We are at Ls 260. 〓Mare Sirenum and Mare Cimmerium are still visible,indicating that conditions remain relatively clear on this side of Mars.
