Condition was much better this morning. Seeing was variable but much better than yesterday.
I had to deal with clouds along the way.
The GRS is very well resolved. The dark red core can be seen. Note the small ovals on the eastern edge of the GRS.
The wake of the GRS is very turbulent. Note the multiple outbreak white spots on the wake.
Oval BA has a dark orange color and is setting on the right. The source of the SEB outbreak can be seen just above Oval BA.
The NEB has an outbreak. Note the dark oval connected to this outbreak. The NNTZ LRS is huge and and directly north of the GRS.
This spot is bright in methane band has a hint of red.

Trevor Barry(406mm Newtonian) |
maged Jupiter Feb 25th in average conditions, have good coverage of Oval BA and the region preceding the GRS.

Damian Peach (356mm Celestron SCT) |
Good seeing for this session. The GRS and Oval BA are very nicely seen.
I measured the size of the GRS and Oval BA from this data and get the following:
GRS 15,660km. Centre at L2: 264.2 (L3: 12.2)
Oval BA 7,343km. Centre at L2: 212.0 (L3: 320.0)
Note the brilliant white spot in the centre of the mid-SEB outbreak region.
A detailed B filter result was possible on this session which
certainly speaks highly of the telescope optics and seeing at the time.
GRS is central with Oval BA headed off.
