Excellent conditions this evening! Seeing was perfect and the sky was totally clear!
The SEB outbreak can be see well. Note the dark structures that is prominent in the CH4 image!
The STB Spectre can be also see as the bluish feature.
Most fo these feature is very dark in CH4 but there is current like a bright spot on it's northern edge!
The NEB White Spot Z is embedded in a turbulent section of the NEB.
It is interesting to note that it is again bright in CH4! This happened a few years ago and this spot turned PINK!
Will it happen again?

Hi all,here's a colour image of Jupiter from this morning. The orange
Oval BA can be seen rising at lower left.
Once again the low altitude seeing here was very good but there was
strong jetstream blurring that reduced the detail a lot. Maybe one day
we'll get a night with no jetstream...

More cloud was forecast,but I took a chance and got up to find high cloud and a small gap where I was just able to catch one avi of R,G and B each.

Two interesting things to be seen in the atmosphere,here,both left of central meridian:
the dark feature in the bright STrZ (also dark in methane absorption band),and a small bright eruption in the NEB.
