After a few frustrating evenings of really poor conditions,seeing was a bit better this afternoon,
possibly related to the incoming cold front sweeping over South Africa in the next few days.
The capture was during twilight with a noticeable deterioration in conditions over about half an hour. I should have mentioned that Io is in transit and is just right of centre,superimposed on the NEB,with its shadow to the left.[Clyde Foster:Centurion,South Africa]
