　阿久津氏のIR画像には南極地方が明るく記録されている。Hellasの白雲が記録されたようだ。Damian Peach氏の画像は、
光斑が見られた（12月21日）Tempeを示しているが、目立った変化は見られなかった。
　低緯度地方に氷晶雲の広がっている様子が
記録されている。Xanthe上空はかなり濃くなっているようだ。
　In the IR image of Mr. Akutsu SPR is recorded brightly. The white cloud of Hellas seems to have been recorded. Mr. Damian Peach's 
image shows Tempe with light spots (December 21), but no noticeable change was seen.The appearance of water ice cloud 
spreading in the low latitude area is recorded. It seems that the sky over Xanthe has become quite dark.

Here are the first images of the new apparition. Hard to believe it is finally upon us!
Seeing was rather poor both sessions with the planet low in the sky. 
Bright equatorial cloud band running from Chryse across Tharsis.
