A belated posting of the only imaging session for 2017 of Uranus for us - too low & too early to image for decent results tbh! Surprisingly the iR610nm capture displayed the dark North Polar collar within the bright NP region as well as the dark NT belt, the lighter EQ band & darker ST regions. We were so surprised that the on-screen feed looked so reasonable for Uranus - which is low in elevation for us this year - that we ran an r-g-b sequence as well: this rgb Uranus also revealed the brighter NP region as seen in that image. :)
