1)地上観測を基にした解説（Comments based on images shot on the earth）
ダストストーム発生のニュースが世界中に駆け巡り、観測者数は激増した。ありがたいことだ。しかし、今回は23人の観測報告があったが、
ダストストームをとらえたものは一人だけになった。Eric Sussenbach氏は6月1日にSinus Margaritiferに進行したダストスト―ムの
西の端を記録している。6月1日と比べると明らかに北の方に広がり、赤道に達している様子が記録されている。画像の端なので、決めつ
けられないが、若干幅が広がっているように見える。
Tharsisの成層火山にかかる白雲は、今日も鮮明にとらえられている。柚木健吉氏の画像では白雲の様子が非常によくわかる。岩政隆一氏
の画像は非常に鮮明で、南極冠の中の姿がよく記録されている。今シーズンのSolis Lacusの様子が非常によくわかる。今年はSolis Lacusの
東側のThaumasiaが非常に暗く、条件によっては、Solis Lacusとの境目が見えないこともある。ターミネーター付近の赤道には白雲が
目立っており、どの観測者の画像にもよく記録されている。
The dust storm occurrence news ran around the world and the number of observers increased drastically. Thankfully. However,this time
there were 23 observation reports,but only one captured the dust storm. Mr. Eric Sussenbach records the western edge of dust
without progressing to Sinus Margaritifer on June 1. It clearly spreads northward compared to June 1,and it is recorded thatit reached the equator.
Since it is the edge of the image,it can not be determined,but it seems to be slightly wider.
The white cloud clinging to the stratovolcano of
Tharsis is captured clearly today as well. In the image of Mr. Kenji Yunoki,I can understand
the state of white cloud very well. The image of
Mr. Ryuichi Iwamasa is very clear and the appearance in the SPC is well recorded.
I can understand the state of Solis Lacus this season very well. Thaumasia on the eastern side of Solis Lacus is very dark this year,
depending on the conditions,it is sometimes invisible to see the boundary with Solis Lacus. White clouds are conspicuous in the equator
near the terminator,and are well recorded in any observer's image.

2)MRO画像を基にした解説（Comment based on the image from MRO）
残念なことに、ＭＲＯの観測は、ダストストームの見える範囲は記録されていない。地上観測では、ダストストームの先端が風によって
方向転換して、南西方向から南方向になっている。方向を変えた地点の情報がほしいが、得られないままとなった。
Unfortunately, the observation of MRO does not record the visible range of the dust storm. In the ground observation, the tip of
the dust storm changes direction from the southwest direction to the south direction by the wind. I want information on the changed
direction, but it has not been obtained.

Looks like that the top of south polar cap is defrost.
Hellas and Ausonia very clear .

モニターではオーロラ湾付近の雲が目立っており、北辺のアルバ山も雲が掛っているように見えた。

Seeing was around 7/10 which happens about 2-3 times a year at my location,
hopefully my rusty image processing skills did somewhat justice to the seeing conditions.
Prominent clouds continue to be visible around the Tharsis region.

青系のフィルターでは、ターミネーターの山岳雲、夕霧の分布がよくわかる。

≪大阪府 堺市 柚木健吉≫
SPCの北の縁取りはおよそ-60°で出入りがある。、地形の高低の影響を受けているようだ。
TharsisMonsTrioに薄いが雲。SyriaPlanumに明るい雲。Tharsis、Candor、Ophirに渡り雲が広がる。
今シーズンベストの気流だった。5-6/10レベルだろう。

Here is an image of Mars from June 2nd in passable seeing,
the image turning out considerably better than anticipated to be honest...
Tharsis region with "normal" cloud features (ie,not dust)
as well as orographic types over the Tharsis volcanoes,with thin mist over O. Mons.
