ＳＰＣの晴れている部分は、Oachisの南方、Hellespontusの南側とAusoniaの南方の3か所だ。
Meridianiよりも西ダストストームは、それより東の地域よりも濃くなっている。Mark Lonsdale氏の画像は、Hellasの周囲が見事に
黄色くなって観測されている。Hellasの写り方から判断すると、ダストストームが表面を覆っているような姿に見える。また、
Solis Lacus周辺も周りよりもやや淡くなっている。それとは反対のMare Cimmerium付近も淡く見えている。Mike Hood氏は
Eridaniaの北側に小さなダストストームの発生を記録している。John Sussenbach氏はMare Sirenumの南西部にやや広がった
ダストストームを記録している。ここしばらく、観測がないため、はっきりしないが、数日前に発生したような姿だ。
三品氏の画像は、肉眼で見た火星の姿をよく記録している。まだまだ模様は見易くなったとはいいがたい。
Anthony Wesley氏の画像では、Meridianiの先端に明るいスポットが記録されている。同じ日のその他の画像にも同じものが
写っている。写り方を見ると、それほど明るいものではないが、興味深い現象だ。
The sunny part of SPC is three south of Oachis, south of Hellespontus and south of Ausonia.
West dust storm than Meridiani is denser than the eastern region. Mark Lonsdale's image has been observed that the surroundings of
Hellas are splendidly yellow. Judging from the way Hellas is reflected, it looks like a dust storm covers the surface. Also around
Solis Lacus is slightly faint than around. The vicinity of Mare Cimmerium opposite it is also looking faint. Mr. Mike Hood records
the occurrence of a small dust storm on the northern side of Eridania. Mr. John Sussenbach has recorded a slightly spread
dust storm in the southwestern part of Mare Sirenum. It is unclear because there is no observation for a while, but it looks like
it occurred several days ago.
Mr. Mishina's image well records the appearance of Mars seen with the naked eye. It is hard to say that the pattern has become
more easy to see.
In the image of Anthony Wesley, a bright spot is recorded at the tip of Meridiani. The same thing appears in o ting phenomenon.

今夜も風が強く火星像が何度かフレームアウトしました。薄雲が少なくなったけど地表の風が強くシーイングは良くなかった。
ダストに濃淡があり火星面が部分的に微かに写った感じです。ヘラス盆地が明るく、南極冠と間違えそうでした。

Seeing was variable,this image was made by merging data captured over 15 minutes in WinJupos.
Hellas Basin can be seen at lower right,
very bright with a diffuse outer halo presumably of dust still very active in that area.

空が澄んでおり、20cm,293倍だと火星が眩しいです。ND4フィルターで減光すると見やすくなります。南極冠と北極雲の明るさと色の違いがよくわかります。北極雲は青白く、南極冠よりも明るく見えます。

火星がダストの靄に覆われているため、眼視では明暗の模様が微かに見るだけです。カラーのデジカメで撮っても、目で見たように微かに写るだけです。
時間を空けて撮ると、その微かな模様が火星の自転によって位置を変えています。立秋を過ぎればもう少し模様がくっきり見えるようになるかも知れません。
その後、秋分のころまでは、ダストの靄が火星を覆い続けるのではないでしょうか。

それまで強かった風が、夜半を過ぎてようやく治まってくれましたが、シーイングはさほど好転しませんでした。
Hellas はのっぺりと明るく輝き、淡いながらも Syrtis Major が、それらしい形を見せています。
シーイングの良い瞬間には、Sabaeus の南、SPC にかけて、多数の細かな斑紋が見えます。

左がLにIR685を用いたLRGB、中央が通常のLRGB、右はWinjuposのシミュレーション画像です。
ヘラス、サバ人の湾、うっすらと大シルチスが確認できダストストームも大分収まってきていると感じます。

Here is a report of Mars performed with the C90 orange F1000mm Under surpringsingly average good images (10°elevation).
Think the atmosphere is on clearing,on rather orange tint on the Terminator side,a little more yellowish on limb side.
Main features of the ground planet come to appear more significantly.
The p le shows unequal brightness as mentionned on the sketch,a thick dark collar is encircling it,
darker on the brighter part of the p le,whitish color.
At the oposite p le,a white haze is persisting clearly,the limb being also thin and very bright.
Amazing to see so such with a C90 and 80x magnification,10° elevation above horizon.
Useless to say that with a 200mm,less data were collected.

IR70を使って見たが思うようにコントラストが付かない。
撮影時、モニター上でヘラスがとても明るく感じる。IR70で子午線湾の北端に明るい光点が写った。
北極冠周辺のダークフリンジがW47でも暗く写る。７月１８日のW47では極周辺に明暗差は写らないが、この日は北極周辺のフリンジが暗く写った。
この位相では北極付近の極雲フードがあまり発達していなくて地肌そのものが写ったのだろうが、普通のＢ画像と変わらす暗めに写る。
この北極フリンジの色は青色の補色の黄色もしくはオレンジ色が強いのかも知れない。
