井上氏の画像を見ると、新しくできたDaedariaの黒い模様が非常に黒いものだということがよくわかる。Robert Heffner氏の画像
ではMare Cimmeriumの北側にこの模様に沿うように暗いベルトが見えているが、今まで見えていたMare Sirenumの北側のベルトは
見えなくなっている。黒田氏や、皆川氏の画像を見ると、どうやらこの付近に淡いダストのベールがあるようだ。
Olympus Monsは赤黒い斑点として見えている。
Looking at Mr. Inoue's image,I can see that the black pattern of the newly made Daedaria is very black. In the image of
Mr. Robert Heffner,a dark belt can be seen along this pattern on the north side of Mare Cimmerium,but the belt on the north side of
Mare Sirenum,which had been visible until now,has disappeared. Looking at Mr. Kuroda or Mr. Minagawa's image,apparently there seems
to be a veil of light dust near here.
Olympus Mons appears as reddish black spots.

火星の南中高度が下がって南中前後は南側建物に隠されるようになったので、
仕方なく南東に昇り始めの高度１７～１８度での撮影となりました。
ＩＲの前後にＲＧＢで撮影して、両者の撮影時刻を一致させました。

台風通過後の悪気流でシーイングが良くありません。

この日は割合良いシーイングであった。知人が来たので土星、火星を見せた。
ダストのせいで模様が見えにくいので、前回の大接近時に購入したTele VueのバンドメイトMarsを介して見せたところ模様が見えると言う。
このフィルターは品のない赤色となるが確かに模様は見えやすくなる。彼は２０㎝を所有しているが、今期初めて模様が見えたと言っていた。
ダストも薄くなってきているのかもしれない。観望していたので撮像開始が遅れた。
