解説（安達）/ Comment by Makoto Adachi 一人だけの観測報告となった。ＳＰＣは見えづらい位置だが、明るく記録されている。北極雲の明るさは一様でないことが分かる。 It was a single observation report. SPC is a hard to see position, but it is recorded bright.
