Images of Neptune from 20th September 2018 in poor seeing: nonetheless at least one "pair" of BWC's (Bright White Complexes/storms) can be seen in the Northern latitudes on the upper rim of Neptune, confirmed in the 2 animated gifs. The larger scaled animation uses only the 2 best frames for a clearer depiction.
