Hi all,some very good seeing for a short while again this morning,
here's a colour image of Jupiter with the GRS rising at lower left,
Europa is the moon at top right and the shadow belongs to Ganymede,off
screen to the left.
Both Europa and Ganymede's shadow are smeared due to their proper motion
over the 10 minutes or so of the captures that were used to make this image.

I draw attention to the left turbulence of the GRS as well as details that stand out within it.
The eye of the hurricane has excelled a lot this early in the season being easily recorded.

夜も降っていた雨が突然やんで、気がついたら快晴になっていました。
足元はびしょびしょでしたが、大赤斑が見えていたので、観測を強行しました。

Here are some images from April 8th. Good seeing allowed the best results so far this apparition. The GRS and Oval BA are well seen.
Here is an animation made from near IR data taken on April 8th.
It shows the rotation of the GRS over 2h10m. The rotational movement of the storm is clearly seen.
