A twilight/early evening session to catch the GRS yesterday evening.
The RGB is generated from 3 derotated sets of data.
I have also included an earlier view of the GRS captured in bright twilight,
which shows the SEBs ring edging towards the GRS hollow(unfortunately the full image had some serious artefacts,so I cropped down).
It appears that it may have been slowed by interaction with the smaller oval below it(possible remnant to its SE/lower right?),
so it will be interesting to see if it speeds up again as it moves into the hollow.
Seeing was average/below average.

Hi all, here are images of Jupiter from last night through IR750
longpass and RGB filters. This was a couple of hours prior to the GRS
rising and unfortunately the seeing deteriorated so much by that time
that no images of the GRS were possible.

This represents 20 x 90s captures de-rotated in WinJUPOS.
Seeing was very good, with excellent transparency until near the end of the session. Unfortunately, however,a gusty wind introduced a lot of shake into the image.
The brown cloud band at the southern edge of the SEB appears to be resuming its path around the northern edge of the GRS and joining the wake of the GRS.
The most striking feature for me,however,is the dark blue (almost black) eddy of clouds to the NW of the GRS -
this feature was extremely obvious during the imaging session itself, even in the grainy raw images.

Another night of excellent seeing, but the breezier environment forced me to back to the C8.

 - White Oval Z is approaching the central meridian.
 - Most of the Equatorial Zone is still orange.
 - An interesting light patch in the SEB is setting.
 - The GRS Hollow continues to pull in light clouds from the South Tropical Zone.
 - Another green SEBs ring approaches the GRS from the west.
