　南北両極地方は白雲に覆われているが、南極地方のものは暗い。日本からの観測条件はよくなかった。

  North and South polar regions are covered with white clouds, but those in Antarctica are dark. Observation 
conditions from Japan were not good.

久しぶりに晴れたがシーイングが極めて悪い。風も時折強く吹き、雲も湧いてきたためRGBのセットは撮れず。

出張で不在だった為、約一週間ぶりに撮影できましたが酷いシーイングでした。

Here is a report of Mars performed last 23th with the 235mm cassegrain under average images.
Argyre was bright whitish up to the limb, Electris too on the terminator.
The Solis Lacus area (on Thaumasia didn't show a bright patch on the red channel.
Both poles area were hazzy whitish, Nix Olympica area covered by a whitish hazze.
Nothing mare noted.
An average observation, but added some confirmation expected for the red channel status of Thaumasia.
PS: sorry for the sketch quality being a raw document taken at the eyepiece (still under flu, but the verification was conducted).
