Neptune spectroscopy and photometry 2019/09/19 by Christophe.P

Here is my third and last spectroscopy run on Neptune for the current season.
I have improved a bit the technic and these results should be the more precise ones, so I add a color spectrum for illustration.
In particular, I have modified the values of the Sun magnitudes used to calculate the photometric albedos,
since I got aware that the different values found in the scientific litterature are enough to make the final results vary from up to 2 or 3 points,
which is noticeable. For B and V I have used the values taken in Richard Schmude's book (-26,10 and -26,75),
because they take the results closer to those of Karkoschka (who used again different magnitudes), and to keep on his track.
For R and I, I stick to those exposed in Villmer for the Bessel/Cousin filters (-27,15 and -27,47)
since in Richard's book the values are for the original Johnson Rj and Ij which are slightly different bands.
So I now precise the magnitudes as Rc and Ic to avoid any confusion.
