Hi all, here's an image of Jupiter from this morning in good seeing. I
had to image as early as possible to catch the GRS before it sets at
lower right but luckily the seeing was good even at low altitude,
although I had to mix R+IR to make the red channel data.

Oval BA can be seen rising at lower left, and there seems to be a
streamer of red cloud in the SEB-S connecting to the GRS.

There is some nice NEBs festoon activity,
and also an interesting stream of darker material running across the NEB in this region. Io is again seen.

The sky started to brighten as I finished imaging Mars, creating the need for a quick stop at Jupiter.
Seeing was noticeably worse thanks to the lower elevation.
- The Equatorial Zone is still orange, but less so than last apparition.
- Oval BA is setting.
