Although the jetstream has improved the last few days it was replaced by a cold front with cloud and rain.
Although the Meteoblue seeing forecast was hopeless, and proved to be reasonably accurate,it was nice to be back out in the observatory anyway.
The IR was again the best of data.

Hi all, here's an image of Jupiter from this morning showing the GRS
just past centre, with Oval BA to its left and slowly catching up to it.
This image was made by combining 12 separate IR750 images captured over
45 minutes, and in the last few images the shadow of Europa came into
view at upper left,it shows here as a vague set of dark spots in the
NEB close to the limb.

Had interesting conditions this morning,June 18th.
Ch4 looked reasonable with the bright spots immediately following the GRS very apparent in the live feed and the chimney above the GRS is open.
That said the 685nm IR was rubbish as was 742 and 807nm IR.

It was a windy night, but some videos were useful.
The area of great turbulence of the NEB is once again present here, mainly on the preceding side, with two white ovals on its northern area.
SEB is much calmer than NEB here and less dark, divided into three areas.
Ovals on SSTB are A4 (preceding) and A5 following the first one and closer to the CM. Two ovals on NNTB,too.
NTBn is with dark areas (segments).
At least three or four considerable festoons on the EZ I can see.
Note the STB region.
