I had a crazy session today. The sky was mostly cloudy with thin clouds over Jupiter.
There was an approaching thunder storm. Seeing and transparency was poor.

Oval BA is approaching the GRS. One could see rifts on both sides of the GRS.
The chimney above the GRS is still open. The wake of the GRS shows a bright outbreak.
Oval BA is very pale. The NEB looks quiet in this region.

Attached is an observation of Jupiter which I made on 10th July.
Seeing was mediocre but a number of details were present on the disk.
The STB seemed to be fairly quiet at these longitudes.
The GRS can be seen rotating into view on the following limb.
The SEB(s) is quite dark here and there is a darker belt like structure to the SEBs. SEB(n) quite faint.

The EZ seems to be quite at this longitude with little festoon activity.
The NEB is quite broad and contains a number of rifts. The NTB largely a featureless gold band.
