梅雨開けもまだで毎日曇天です。この夜は幸運にも30分ほど木星が顔を
出しました。気流は安定せずゆらゆらと動いていました。

The CH4 image was produced from a set of 6 derotated methane band captures from early yesterday evening with the GRS and Oval BA approaching the preceding limb.
Ganymede was in transit. There is quite a bright outbreak in the GRS wake.
The IR wasn't too bad,but the RGB data was poor.
I persevered with it really to give some additional context to the bright outbreak in the GRS wake.
I noted the light oval in the far north in the IR.

Here are some images from July 31st. Thick Saharan dust haze gave abysmal sky transparency
- 1st mag stars were the limit naked eye. Despite this seeing was reasonable.
