Jupiter August 19th 2020. Seeing was average with average transparency.
Visible in this image is the bright white spot in the NTropZ. The spot is seen just about to rotate out of view at the 2:30 position.

NTBs jetstream outbreakが発生したとの情報が流れ、今夜の早い時間帯に見え
るタイミングだったので、
惑星報告の更新を中断して撮影しました。
今夕から涼しい風が吹き、日中の熱気が和らぎ、風も弱かった為か、シーイン
グは少し改善し、

これまでよりは心地よい風が吹く中での撮影ですが、ひまわり8号の画像にも映らない
ほどの雲が襲来する中での撮影でした。

気流がとても安定していました。

A string of 11 x 2min captures was derotated for this view of the new outbreak.
With strong jetstream conditions,I am not sure whether there will be any useable RGB and IR data.
I had a short period of average conditions(despite strong jetstream) right at the beginning of the session,
but things went downhill very quickly. This coincided with the NTB outbreak coming into view.
In the IR,there is an indication of there being some structure(2 spots,as noted by Anthony?).
The later RGB and IR data was a write-off,but I did manage a low res CH4.
I am including the CH4 I posted previously for ease of reference.

初めの２枚は、自分としてはほぼ最高の写りと思います。
３枚目は、雲が来るようになり、だいぶ写りが落ちました。
ＮＥＢは複雑です。ＳＥＢｓには白斑が並んでいます。

NTBs jetsream outbreak に伴う明るい白斑が見えます

日没後にNTBs jetstream outbreakの白斑を狙ってみました。
日没直後はやはりブヨブヨの木星でしたが、19時過ぎたあたりから、徐々に良くなりました。
白斑は確かに見えますね。NEB北縁にぴったりくっついています。
でも、画像で見たよりもずっと目立たない、SSTBのAWOより淡く小さい。
白斑があるとわかっていなかったら、見逃していたでしょう。
CMTはI=6.2°でした。やはり高速で前進しています。
周囲に暗色模様が出れば、もっと見やすくなると思います。
21時以降は今シーズンで最高のシーイングでした。
≪神奈川県横浜市泉区 堀川邦昭≫[Kuniaki Horikawa:Kanagawa Japan]
リーディングスポットがあるというので、注目していた。NEBに軽いへこみ
があるように見えたが、それほど明るくないという印象。シーイングはそこそこ
良かったのが、幸いだった。発生後、1日経っているので、暗斑があるかと
気になったが、あるようには見えない。しかも、やや南寄りで「ほんまかいな」と
いうのが印象だった。
チベット高気圧のふたがようやく取れかかってきたようで、シーイングは良く
なってきた。一方、火星は今シーズン最良のシーイング（8）だった。

Hi all,here are two images of Jupiter from last night showing the new
NEB outbreak. The IR750 image shows this area as two distinct bright
spots at upper left,with the GRS setting on the limb at lower right.
The CH4 image shows this area as being extremely bright,difficult to
process without oversaturating.

Following Damian's and Anthony's excellent reports I tried to image the new NTB outbreak yesterday.
Luckily,the longitude of the outbreak was in sight at very comfortable hour for Italy.
In the IR image,the outbreak seems to be double in all my recordings,as A. Wesley has pointed out,
while in the methane it is extremely bright (almost like Europa on the right).
The GRS is setting on both images.

Attaching an image from last night showing the NTBs outbreak,as Jupiter transited the meridian at 12 degrees altitude.
I have recently started using my home built 52 cm f/4 Newtonian and am now testing it out on the planets.
The CH4 is a new filter for me (too small aperture previously).
Despite the poor observing conditions this year I will try to follow Jupiter and the new outbreak - really exciting!

Hello,here are the complete consecutive multispectral data showing the NTB outbreak spot.
It looks like a twin spot with dark material N and S of it.
Conditions were average to good but of course the altitude is not favourable

撮像開始時のシーイングは、当地としては比較的良好で透明度も良好な撮像日和でしたが、2セット目開始から急激シーイングが悪化し撮像してみたものの全てボツになりました。
前日撮像出来た、NTBs jetstｒeam outbreakの白斑は、本日の画像ではメタンバンド画像以外の画像の左隅になんとか確認できます
