The collision of P2 with the remaining features of the wake of P3 is
imminent, scheduled for Saturday 26 (attached plot). Plume P2 is showing
signs of exhaustion (less brightness) so it is interesting to know if
its extinction will be quick or more gradual due to the weakening of the
wake of P3. The methane and UV images will help to study the evolution
of the phenomenon at cloud-tops.
