Eric Sussenbach氏の画像はアマゾニス（Amazonis;120W〜170W,+30〜0）の状態を非常によく示している。オリンピア山
（Olympus Mons;135W,+25）が赤く記録され、雲のない様子が記録されている。また、SPCの様子もよくわかる。Mark Lonsdale氏の
画像は、暗色模様の中の濃淡が自然に表現されていて素晴らしい。これから視直径が大きくなって、模様の様子がもっとわかってくれば、
画像処理のバランスが分かると思われる。SPCの周りは、あまりにも輝度の差が大きいため、仕方がないだろう。
The image of Mr. Eric Sussenbach shows very well the state of Amazonis (120W-170W,+ 30-0). Olympus Mons (135W,+ 25)
is recorded in red and has no cloud. In addition,this image clearly shows the state of SPC. Mr. Mark Lonsdale's image is wonderful
because the shades in the dark pattern are naturally expressed. From now on,if the visual diameter becomes larger and the state
of the pattern becomes more understood,it seems that the balance of image processing can be understood. The difference in brightness
around the SPC is so great that it can't be helped.

久しぶりにまずまずのシーイングでした。

最初は低高度だったため、シーイングが悪く、シルチスが見えなかった。かなりコントラストが低くなっているためだ。
シルチスから西部はかなりダスティーになっているようだ。2枚目の観測の時は、シルチスが見えてきた。
やはり靄に覆われているようで、ほかの模様と比べても、通常よりも淡くなっている。ヘラスよりも西側はかなりダスティーになっているようだ。
3枚目は、夜明け前だったが、空が青くなってきたが、シルチスの内部の濃淡が分かるようになった。
あと10分あれば、ほかの地域も確認できたのだが時間が足りなかった。
