解説(安達)/ Comment by Makoto Adachi
今日の観測報告は、かなり広い範囲をカバーすることができた。シルチス(Syrtis Major:293W,+0〜20)は高地であるため、比較的濃く記録されている。
Today's observation reports could cover a fairly wide range. Syrtis Major (293W,+0~20) is in high altitude, so it is recorded relatively darkly.

Poor seeing for this image set. The best IR (centred on Syrtis Major and Hellas) was later than the best RGB and is included.

Olympus Mons is located at the Central Meridian and with our viewing angle of Mars with the SPC tilted towards us,
it appears up near the north pole of the planet.
A large bank of orographic clouds is right across the Tharsis Montes.
