Niall MacNeill氏のIR画像ではSPCに欠損部が見える。カラー画像と比べると、この部分はSPCが暗くなっている。SPCの上に砂が
乗ったために、このような姿になったのではないかと思われる。SPCの突き出た部分も黄色く記録されている。
Mike Hood氏の画像ではArgyre (30W,-50 やChryse (35W,+10)),黄色っぽくダスティーである様子を記録している。
Mr. Niall MacNeill's IR image shows the defect in the SPC. Compared to the color image,the SPC is darker in this area.
It seems that the appearance was like this due to the sand on top of the SPC. The protruding part of the SPC is also recorded
in yellow. Mr. Mike Hood's image records Argyre (30W,-50 and Chryse (35W,+10)),yellowish and dusty.

The first image was taken about an hour before dawn and the second image was taken at sunrise.

The "Mountains of Mitchel" appear to have separated from the SPC in these images. Right on time!
