Javier Beltran Jovani氏のIR画像を見ると、SPCがダストの影響を受けて一部分が見えにくくなっていることが分かる。原因はダスト
ストームに覆われているからだ。Randy Tatum氏の観測では、その位置がはっきり記録されている。Mike Hood氏の画像では、SPCの
ダストストームに覆われている部分が影の位置になる。もう少し、コントラストを下げると、記録できていたかもしれない。
Looking at the IR image of Mr. Javier Beltran Jovani, it can be seen that part of the SPC is difficult to see due to the influence of dust.
The reason is that it is covered with dust storm. Mr. Randy Tatum's observations clearly document its location. In Mr. Mike Hood's image,
the area covered by the dust storm on the SPC is in shadow. This image may have been recorded when the contrast was lowered a little more.
