In hindsight I regret not getting up a bit earlier,
as this was my first opportunity to catch the recent CH4-bright EZ feature which is approaching the limb.
However,it’s a long, busy and potentially intense day I have ahead,
and circulate this set without having gone through all the data.
The sweeping loop of the feature can be seen in the CH4 and also shows as a dark bulge, with subtle loop,in the UV.
Oval BA and DS6 are rising at lower left while DS7(CSR) seems to be keeping busy and is approaching the CM.

Average seeing,Antoniadi IV to III.
Slow wind on the ground. Some moving clouds,so transparency was not so good.
RGB is the result of a derotation of five colour videos, each 120 seconds, spanning a 15 period.
IR,taken with Astronomik 642 nm,was a single video shot with a monochrome camera.
NEB has changed so much since the last outbreak and it seems it got involved in the EZ too.
Exciting first light of my new Vixen VMC 260L for a great giant.

Hi all, here are two images of Jupiter from this morning. Seeing was a
little better than recent days but still not great. The GRS is rising at
lower left in these images.

Hi - here are images of Jove taken on 26th May,
an rgb with individual filter images plus another 3 sets each displaying 3 individual images of each filters' images:
the seeing started out promising but became progressively worse very quickly,
such that the first captures were the best of an average lot.
:( Nonetheless some interesting details in & around the GRS can be seen despite the inadeqacies.

The seeing was not that good that night, though I could get some interesting features like Oval BA,
some AWO of SSTB and a well visible AWO on NEBn following side (I guess I can see another one on that belt).
STB following Oval BA is well placed for observation here, with the AWO at the end of it.
