晴れ上がりシーイングが良かったので、IR850でも撮ってみましたがリングが強く北極冠らしきものは認められませんでした。

The seeing was good yesterday, but not quite so good as on the 2nd. Still there were plenty of fine views of the Maria,if not really sharp.
I felt there was less mist and cloud in general than on the 2nd,not sure if this is real or just my perception.
Hellas did appear bright and misty on the morning side of the disc,
but my impression was of it being less bright than when it was on the evening side these past few days,
perhaps the cloud builds through the sol,or perhaps it is because the solar lighting is less intense on that side of the disc?
I also noted some limb haze in Ausonia and Eridania which again appeared to form discrete patches rather than one smooth hood.
The NPC was difficult to see clearly, definitely pure white, and with a little greyish mist arcing up the limb and terminator.
Again I saw clearly a bright area on the limb, which was possibly part of a very subtle ECB.

I am here submitting my last three observations of Mars for this apparition〓-
the birch trees in our garden are now effectively preventing any imaging.〓
It has been a memorable apparition with 57 days of observations and 128 reduced images in color and with near-IR filters.
I have never before observed Mars at this small diameter, 5.2", which is thanks to the larger aperture I have been using.
There is room for improving the sharpness of the optics and hope to have better imaging quality during the next apparition.〓
