First Jupiter observation for the current apparition - the planet is notably higher in the sky
but it was not accessible from the location of my 12" Newtonian,only the 8".
However seeing conditions were good and a number of details could be seen on the disk:
- SPR fairly well defined. SSTB contained a number of bright ovals.
- STropB visible and not uniform- somewhat mottled in appearance.
- SEB quite broad with SEB(S) quite dark- there seems to be another dark zone/belt near the prec. limb which joins SEB(s)?
- EZ seemed a lot quiter- the yellowish colouration is still present but little festoon activity?
- NEB now quite thin,some vague fillaments which seem to loop north into the NTropZ.
- NTB has almost vanished! Very difficult to see- just a thin golden band.
- Some darker section further north.
- Ganymede close to the following limb

薄雲越しで、見えるときもあるのですが
キレがない感じでした

今日も薄雲や雲のすき間からの観測になりました。
大赤斑がよく見えました。後方のSEBsが南へ膨れて、前方には淡いストリークがあるようです。
準循環気流？という話が出ています。濃度的にはそれほど濃くありませんが、
大赤斑が滲んでちょっと大きく見えたのは、そのせいでしょうか？

PCの画面上では細かく気流が乱れていましたが、画像処理をした
結果はまずまずの成果でした

予想外の晴れ間が出ていたので急いで準備したのですが
撮影開始出来た時は薄曇りでその後曇ってきたので撤収しました

雲が多くて木星以外の惑星(火星・土星)は肉眼では確認できない状態での撮像でしたが、Europaの影が経過中で、
大赤斑が出かけていていましたが、最後の画像を取り終えたところで雲が厚くなりまして・・・・・・
