Attached are two observations of Jupiter made this morning.
This is my first view of the GRS in the current apparition and it now seems to be surrounded by a dark boundary.
Drawing 1 shows Ganymede emerging from behind Jupiter.
At x300,there was a lot of details visible,the material in the STropZ was somewhat ill defined however

Playing catch up on my image processing today.
Here's my contribution from Aug.20 under very good seeing conditions.
Small,white disturbances continue to be seen in the NEB.
The jagged belt formation cupping the south of the GRS is interesting - only seen this just recently,both on my image and others.

Europa's elongated shadow on the far right of the WL image is due to the derotation of images
