流れる雲に何度も中断させられながらの撮影。
だんだんとシーイングが良くなりかけたところですっかり雲に覆われてしまいました。

１枚目の画像を撮影した後，雲が湧いたので，この画像のみの報告となった。
シーイングはよくなかったのでやや不鮮明な画質となった。
After the first image was taken,clouds appeared,so only this image is reported.
Seeing was not good,so the image quality was a little blurred.

11時代はseeingは今一つでしたが、01時台には、かなり安定してきました

Jupiter set from yesterday evening from Centurion.
I have spent the last +-7 weeks in Namibia finalising our residence documentation in preparation for moving there,
all going well,at the end of October.
This has obviously distracted me totally from my planetary imaging,and has been a rather stressful period,
but all is now looking under (reasonable!) control.
We will move onto a farm near the Gamsberg mountain,+-100km SW of Windhoek,in a region well known for its astronomy,under pristine (Bortle 1) dark skies.
Indeed we will be on the same farm as the impressive H.E.S.S gamma ray observatory
(operated by the Max Planck Institute),so we will be in good company!
I have also become a member of the IAS which has facilities at the Hakos Astrofarm
(as well as on the top of the Gamsberg Mountain),a short 30 min drive from where we will stay,
and which will allow me to supplement my regular C14 imaging with intermittent images from telescopes in the 0.5-0.8m range.
I hope to get some imaging in over the next few weeks from Centurion before I dismantle the observatory for the move,
but may not be as regular as normal as there is still lots to do in preparation for the move.
There will then likely be a further lapse in my imaging for a month or two as I set everything up in Namibia.
