Excelente seeing (10/10) and transparency (5/5) conditions. After comparing with older photos
I noticed an increase in diameter of the GRS. Using tools in WinJUPOS for measurement,
it seems to have grown ~600 km sideways compared to last month, adopting a slightly longer form.
(Last capture from 2022/09/02).

The sky was mostly cloudy today. I had a short clearing around Jupiter so I took the chance.
Seeing wasn't great and transparency was poor!

The GRS is prominent on these images. Note the flake on the p side which is prominent in the methane band image.
The chimney above the GRS is open. Io and it's shadow can be seen on the right edge of the SEB.
The dark NEB barge above the GRS has become totally white. The NEB's color is growing and spreading north.

上空の大気の流れが激しく,シーイングは非常に悪かった。表面の大まかな模様しかわからなかった。
いつもよりサイズの小さい望遠鏡(D203mmF5.2)で撮影した。

Seeing was very poor due to heavy atmospheric currents above. Only a rough surface pattern was visible.
The photo was taken with a smaller than usual size telescope (D203mm f/5.2).

Here are the results from a good session back from early October.
Two series of Ic, z', CH4 and Y images, with the GRS.

Before Jupiter, I took the same series on two stars in Aquarius observed at the same airmass
to try a photometric calibration. While there isn't any stellar references for the CH4 and Y bands,
I made a personal evaluation of these, working with flux spectra of the stars under the ISIS software. And it looks to work :)

Results for the Ic, CH4, and Y bands are on track from the values I found in 2021, as well as from historical references.
Again the z' band deviates not only from the reference, but also from my 2021 result.
This band remains less easy to catch it seems...

The method used is the one described in the AAVSO CCD/CMOS guide.
