シーイングが悪いだけでなく、東矩を過ぎて視直径が40秒しかないことも大きいようです

Hi all,here's an image of Jupiter from last night using a 600nm longpass filter.
5 image sets were combined to make this image,
seeing was reasonable for most of this period.
Oval BA can be seen rising at lower left. There is a lot of turbulent rift activity in the NEB close to centre.

The session was quite heavily impacted by a stiff westerly breeze,
which caused some challenges in keeping the planet on the reduced ROI of the chip.
Oval BA was just coming into view at lower left.

GRS and BA are seen, and NEB activity also. A CH4 dark elongated CR is seen preceding BA on Dec 26 images.
