Initially,there was no chance,then cirrus clouds moved in and calmed things down. But they became thicker quickly.
Before transparency dropped too low,one R recording could be accomplished. Hellas still appears very bright.

Dear sirs,here are today's Mars images,without any apparent relevant dust activity.
The enhanced color image uses the r channel as luminance.

After some previous attempts,without success,this was going to be another attempt with little luck,
because the seeing was very poor,but during the recording of the first video I noticed that Mars offered an unusual appearance.
I avoided overly intense processing due to poor quality of the stacked image to avoid artifacts.
However,the "edge-rind artifact" appears,but the levels of the histogram are almost the original and the huge white spot that covers Hellas planitia,
makes me suspect that a dust storm is in process,much better detectable in the infrared. However,
as I am not a Mars expert observer,I comment with reservations.
I hope other more experienced observers confirm this. I will try again tomorrow,weather permitting.

昨日よりシーイングは改善したので地表面が確認できた。

太陽湖からシーレンにかけて黒々していて・・・・・。

シーイングは中程度で、模様は良く見えたが、揺れの大きさが案外大きく、模様の形を見極めるのが難しかった。
Bフィルターでは、今期ジ初めてリムが明るく見えた。視直径が6秒を越え、大きくなって見えやすくなったことが原因かもしれない。
Mare Sirenum (140W~170W,-30)の北側に見えていた暗部は、今日はすっかり見えなくなっている。新しい暗色模様ができたのと思ったが、どうも違うようである。
ダストの明部がMare Sirenum の北縁に沿ってあり、それが新しい模様のように見えたのだと思われる。
