Seeing was variable, with moments of good (7/10) under very transparent skies (9/10).

here's an image of Mars from around midnight last night in overall good seeing. The session was periodically interrupted by clouds and poor seeing however there were some periods of quite good seeing.
I livestreamed some of the Mars session last night on facebook, the video is there for anyone to watch and skip through to the parts that you might find interesting. If conditions are good again tonight then I'll do this again from around midnight my time (1400 utc),depending on weather.

Image set from last night with Solis Lacus at upper centre,Valles Marineris near the centre and Aurorae Sinus left centre. Olympus Mons is the light spot at lower right. The north polar region in the G is quite complex.

Tharsis regio with Olympus Mons surounded by its dark base close to CM. Solis Lacus visible near the right edge. Seems that haze is covering considerable parts of the disc.

An evening with some of the best seeing during this apparition.
Took these three images. RGB at f:39 and two in Bayer color at unbelievable (but true) f:59,which means about 21 metres of focal length at the C14.
Results are stunning. Oversampling obviously does bring some advantage.
RGB and Bayer color are on same hight of resolution.
