Seeing was average,so I managed to capture at dawn only in R+IR (610 nm). The sun was about to rise.

I found a short period of reasonably good seeing for the RGB and IR captures this morning despite an incoming
Jetstream wave which will likely negatively impact over the next few days.

There are two noticeable outbreaks in the NEB.

There is a red barge in the SEB,with a long, thin streamer trailing it. The SEB also shows a layered structure.

Jupiter is finally clearing my tree line about 45 minutes before sunrise, making an imaging session possible.
On this morning seeing was only average (5/10) while transparency was very good (9/10).
The low altitude still degraded the outcome even though seeing was average.

The IR imaging was done first, showing three “hot spots” along the southern edge of the NEBs.
The NTB seems to have had a bit of resurgence in this view compared to its thready appearance during last year’s apparition.
The SEB appears bifurcated, especially preceding the CM. GRS is seen just rising on the limb.

The WL image shows pretty much the same details.
The leading edge of an oval along northern aspect of the NEB is just transiting,
while GRS has risen a little more and shows some deep orangish color.
The hot spot opposite the NEB oval on the belt’s southern flank is the strongest of the three with an obvious blue tint.
The area between the n & s portions of the SEB is a brighter, lighter tan color compared to the belt’s stronger southern edge.
