一時的に晴間が広がりましたがすぐに曇りました。
STBが黒々としています。

Jupiter in average seeing conditions.  Interesting thin dark,longitudinal rift bisecting the SEB.
Sorry,that should have been "latitudinal" and not longitudinal!

久しぶりの晴れ間でしたが、撮り始め雲が多く、雲間から明滅する木星をカラーカメラでGainを調整しながら撮りました。
ＩＲ以後は、何度か薄雲が通過した程度で、ほぼ晴れました。

I set the alarm for 1:30 as the forecast was for good seeing,and for a change the weatherman got it right!
This Jupiter session started out with probably 9/10 seeing but did gradually unravel some as the hour went on.

My first good capture of the GRS for this apparition.
It seems a little paler than last year to me,and about the same size.
Two of the SSTB anticyclones show up in this image below GRS and to either side of it.
Along the NEB southern edge near the CM are two brighter areas,probably a little outbreak of upwelling clouds.
Also a well circumscribed storm sitting in the NPR,no red tinge to it so may be the long enduring NN-WS6 storm.

I had fair to good seeing this morning for these captures of Jupiter. The
GRS was in transit and just on the p side of the Central Meridian at the
midpoint timestamp.
