日中は気流がいいです。空の透明度が良いと、十分観測できます。ただし、黄色フィルターがあると見やすくなります。
明るいところはダストが覆っているところであることが多いので、北極周辺に十分注意して見ています。
NPCを取り巻く黒いバンドにも濃淡が見えます。今日は、時間とともに雲が広がり、観測は打ち切りとなりました。

薄雲がかかり、普段よりGainを上げ露光時間を伸ばしての撮影でした。都合より、撮影はＲＧＢ→Ｒ→Ｂ→Ｇ→ＲＧＢの順となりました。

Despite the small size,some interesting detail is visible. NPC appears very thin. In the far south,there is a second cloud/haze patch at the p-limb (~ 5-6 o'clock),beside the known,long lasting one over Argyre.
Below the NPC,a bright streak runs across Mare Acidalium (clouds/dust??). This is also visible in yesterdays recording (28th of Feb.)

Seeing 7/10 Trans 6/10

Sending four images from the past week showing Mars decreasing in size to below 8 arcsec. Seeing has been customarily poor and one night was also thrown away due to unusable results.
March 1 and 2 shares the same CML, Argyre is brighter on the first and the thin northern bright arc shifts position along the limb so must at least partly be due to clouds.
