再びシュミカセC11に変更して撮ってみました。

カラーカメラですが、手元にU360フィルターがあったので金星に使ってみました。
U360はIRにも透過域があるのでIRカットフィルター併用ですが、カメラの赤の感度が高いためかそのままでは、擬似カラーのような画像です。
その画像の青画像だけを取りだしたものは、一応VU画像になっているかと思います。ザラザラですが、何となく模様は、写っています。
普通にカラーで撮ったり、Ｒ７０フィルターで撮ると、模様はほとんど写りません。
また、カラーはそのままだと、モノクロのような色調なので、肉眼で見た感じの黄色っぽい色にしています。これが観測画像かと言われると、自信はありません。

Images obtained in difficult conditions due to the low altitude of the planet (between 24o and 21o) . it is possible to detect the cloud barrier mentioned by Antonio and Manos,more evident on the IR 807 than on IR 850.

The data proved to be relatively good,so I added a second version with enhanced processing. The edge ring artifact on the IR images was supressed manually for the sake of a nicer image.
The southern hemisphere seems to appear darker than the northern one,esp. at high latitudes.

Is the dark vertical line near the terminator a possible cloud discontinuity (CD) in the infrared image?
