After a few cloudy mornings, I was probably rather over-optimistic attempting Mercury in below average seeing conditions this morning. The planet was at 50% phase and there was significant limb effect. I would not claim any correlation with the WJ simulation. I unfortunately have not had time as yet to properly investigate Martin Lewis’s limb rind reduction process.[Clyde Foster : Khomas,Namibia]
