The 'Hook' has not formed since 2022 Jul.-Nov. (excluding Juno-PJ 50 (2023 Apr. 08)), 
which has created a SEBs¨'Hook'¨STr Band current (quasi-circulating current). 
The STr Band is currently extending in the GRS p-side.
In addition, a small dark spot on the f-side of the GRS that was moving prograde in the STrZ has shifted to
the north and turned retrograde. Such phenomena have been observed during previous 'Hook' formations.
The 'Chimney' closed around 2024 Jan 19 in conjunction with the 90-day oscillation of the GRS. 
This is expected to accelerate the supply of dark clouds to the 'Hook'.
