With conditions having been good for Saturn and Mars, 
I tried Jupiter earlier this morning, and ran a lengthy series (17) of IR 685 captures over a 20min period straddling sunrise, 
all of which I derotated together. 
This gave me better contrast, despite the altitude of 15 deg, and I could just make out the EB’s on screen. Provided decent seeing conditions remain, 
I expect (hope!) the quality of images to improve quite rapidly from here as Jupiter climbs higher.
