I tied to counteract the low contrast, low altitude(+-20deg) and severe Jetstream conditions this morning by an extensive run of IR captures extending well beyond sunrise. Although I could not detect it on screen, the GRS was in transit(I had preset the focus on Mars). At these wavelengths (IR>685nm), the Equatorial region is quite complex.[Clyde Foster : Khomas,Namibia]
