Conditions during the last 4 weeks had been horrible here. I finally had a clearing but I still had to image through clouds. Seeing was not great. The SEB shows the wake of the mid-SEB Outbreak. The NTB has revived. There are still some remnants of the outbreak htere. The NEB shows a large cyclonic spot just before the CM.[Christopher Go : Cebu Philippines]
