On the last night of the recent clear sky period at my location,there were some moments with exceptionally good conditions. Persistent cloud presence in various areas on Mars. Esp. the evening clouds above Olympus Mons and Tharsis appear nicely.

雲の流入で撮影が中断されることしばしですがシーイングは割合に良好でした。

雨が止み晴れ間が出てきたのでシーイング良くないものの撮影開始しました。
しかし、青波長の準備中に曇ってしまいカラー画像のみの報告です。

Please find attached an observation I made of Mars on 3rd February. Seeing conditions were fair although the skies were hazy and thicker cloud was starting to push in from the west. At a power of x230,there were a number of points of interest on the disk:
・The Solis Lacus can be seen on the disk. The Phrixi regio was quite dark as was Coracis Portus. There may have been a brightening in Nia.
・Aurorae Sinus can be seen and Agathodaemon. Ganges was seen as a vague streak.
・The whole of the preceding limb was very bright with white cloud activity- there seemed to be a bright cloud over Chryse.
・The edge of Acidalium could be made out,and a vague marking indicated Nilokeras.
・The northern polar cap was very brilliant with a dark well defined Lowell band.
・There seemed to be a vague streak where the three main Tharsis volcanoes are situated and a streak in Arsia Silva and Gigas.
・The following limb didn't seem to contain much in the way of prominent clouds.
By 2135UT,clouds were coming in so I closed down for the evening.
