I had some clear sky yesterday afternoon after a few days of cloud. There was a strong wind blowing, and the session was only salvaged by a frame rate in excess of 400fps, with the planet moving all over the chip’s ROI. Other than that there was significant jetstream.
The RLP and R came out surprisingly well, with Syrtis Major extending up from centre. The B remains challenging. Boreosyrtis is evident lower left of centre, with Syrtis Minor at upper left.
A bright Hellas is on the upper limb (likely frosted). Sinus Sabeaus is near the terminator at upper right.
